This morning I'm sharing with you one of my favorite easy breakfasts: Lox Toast! I would always crave an everything bagel with lox and cream cheese, but didn't want to be unhealthy. I have so enjoyed this healthier version at home!

What you will need:
Bread (I used Ezekiel 4:9 Bread, but you can use whichever bagel or bread brand that you enjoy)
Wild Smoked Salmon
Spread (Cream Cheese, Kite Hill Almond Cream Cheese, or Avocado)
Toppings (Tomato, Onion, Avocado, Capers, Sea Salt, Pepper, Etc.)

How To:
Gather Ingredients
Toast Bread or Bagel
Spread cream cheese or avocado on toast.
Place sliced lox over cream cheese/spread.
Add Toppings & Enjoy!
